I admit I haven’t been a good “playing” parent

Truth time: When my kids ask me to play — whether it’s hide-n-seek, tag, backyard soccer, Legos, or Barbies, something usually grabs me in the pit of my stomach and holds me back. It takes a LOT for me to switch gears and let go.
